On the basis that with a second and subsequent orders you know what you’re purchasing
ONLY if the books are received damaged, faulty, substandard or simply not as ordered
will we offer book replacements or a full cash refund, including postage refund.
In all such events let us know immediately (within a day or two of receiving the
order) by phone or email and then simply return them suitably packaged. Providing
you return the books within 23/25/30 (UK/EU/RoW) days of us having sent them to you
we’ll refund you at the price you paid plus the amount you incurred in sending them
back to us (sorry but refund on shipping costs does not apply to our RoW customers),
or replace them with other books – the choice is yours.
Refunds for returns received outside this period or for books you’ve decided you
no long want will be at our discretion and may be limited to book value only.
Second and subsequent orders
To refund you we obviously need to know your name, address (which must match our
records) and your bank details (sort code and account) so please don’t forget to
include these details with the book(s).
