Who are we?
Sounds Write has been in business since 1988 serving a growing customer base principally in the UK but also overseas. Our customers include parents and pupils direct, private music teachers, private schools, music centres (peripatetic) and high street retailers.
Courteous – if requested we return your call left on our answer machine at a time convenient to you (providing you tell us when to phone back and you’ve left your number). We will inform you immediately of any difficulties we may have in processing your order so you have the option to cancel your order or wait.
If you want to buy our books online click on Chris (alongside) who will take you
to our e-
Chris is never far away. Look out for him as you move through our web pages.
Easy – we accept orders through our own on-
Quick – we hold a good level of stock, our aim being to process and dispatch orders the day of their receipt, or the next working day. For small UK orders we offer a choice of First or Second Class posting. However weight and dimensions of your order may mean we have either to split the order or, where the RM does not offer a competitively priced service, we may have to use the services of an alternative carrier. Small orders from outside the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail airmail but for larger orders an alternative carrier may be necessary. Be assured that at all times, regardless of the quantity of books requested, we will deal with your order efficiently and speedily and endeavour to get the books to you as quickly as we can within the bounds of sensible pricing.
If you have given us an email address we will keep you informed of your order’s progress.
Fair – we’re happy to buy back any clean unused books should you change your mind after having received them, refunding you at the price you paid for them plus the cost incurred in getting them back to us. Check out the details of our Returns Policy.
Once a good trading history has been experienced we may be happy to invoice you. For payments sent with order we will not bank your cheque for at least five business days after dispatch of your order thereby giving you the opportunity to phone us to say, “I’m returning the books; don’t cash my cheque.”
